Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive and transfer to hotel , Guide we will introduce and short brief about the yoga program

Upon arrival, our representatives welcomes in Kathmandu airport and transfer towards hotel.

After check in hotel and refreshing, we will introduce your guide and shortly briefly about program.

Day 2 Yoga and Meditation and City tour.

Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.
Description

At early morning, our Yoga Teacher will come and start Yoga class.

After taking breakfast, Your guide will come at lobby and start city tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. On mid of city tour, guide will suggest for lunch.

Overnight in Kathmandu : Kathmandu Guest House or similar in Kathmandu.

Day 3 We take a flight to Pokhara.

After check in and refreshing, we start our city tour: Devi’s falls, Gupteswor cave and World Peace Stupa.

On top of the world we do regular Yoga and meditation by expert.

After taking breakfast, your guide will pick up from hotel and drive towards domestic airport.

From Kathmandu to Pokhara its 25 minute flight. After reaching in Pokhara, check in hotel and refresh.

After refreshing, we start our city tour: Devi’s falls, Gupteswor cave and World Peace Stupa.

Overnight in Pokhara : Pokhara Grande or Waterfront Resort in Pokhara.

Day 4 Sarangkot sunrise tour and city tour.

Place visiting
Sunrise Yoga experience , International Mountain Museum, Mahendra Cave, Seti gorge, Bat cave. After finishing city tour , we will give time for shopping.
Description

At early morning, we drive towards Sarangkot for sunrise tour. Sarangkot is Small Mountain from where you can see Annapurna Himalayan range, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri and other snow peak mountain. 

After finishing sunrise , we start our yoga and meditation by expert .

After finishing breakfast, drive to city tour : International Mountain Museum, Mahendra Cave, Seti gorge, Bat cave. After finishing city tour , we will give time for shopping.

Overnight in Pokhara : Pokhara Grande or Waterfront Resort in Pokhara.

Day 5 Fly to Kathmandu and drive to Nagarkot.

After reaching in Kathmandu, drive towards Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Durbar Square city tour. In Nagarkot , you can see amazing and breathtaking view of sunrise and sunset , panoramic view of Mt. Everest , Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Pumori and other snow peak mountain

After taking breakfast, transfer to airport and fly to Kathmandu. After reaching in Kathmandu, drive towards Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Durbar Square city tour. In Nagarkot , you can see amazing and breathtaking view of sunrise and sunset .

From Nagarkot, you can see panoramic view of Mt. Everest , Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Pumori and other snow peak mountain. We did Yoga and Meditation class and  how can you use in Yoga and Meditation in your daily life.
